Opis namestitve
Čudovita hiša s 3 spalnicami in 3 kopalnicami. Vse sobe imajo klimatsko napravo. Velika terasa s pokritim prostorom za žar. Čudovit razgled na celoten Kvarnerski zaliv in njegove otoke. Velik bazen (42 kvadratnih metrov). Hišni ljubljenčki so dobrodošli za doplačilo 7 evrov na noč. Parkirišče za 4 avtomobile. Zelo zaseben položaj. Šmrika je mirna vasica z 2 majhnima trgovinama, 3 bari, lokalom s hitro prehrano in odlično restavracijo z domačo hrano in zelo ugodnimi cenami. Veliki supermarketi se nahajajo v bližnji Crikvenici.

From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and warmth. The house is not only beautifully designed and clean, but it radiates a special kind of positive energy that made us feel instantly at home. The view took our breath away every single day – the sparkling sea in the distance, the serenity of the surroundings We spent hours by the pool, soaking in the sun and simply enjoying the moment. Our two dogs were welcomed with open arms and enjoyed the space just as much as we did, which meant the world to us. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was our wonderful host, Gianna. She is the heart and soul of this place – warm, kind, generous, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality went far beyond our expectations, and her personal touch made us feel not like guests, but like cherished friends. This home is a hidden gem, a perfect retreat for families. We are deeply grateful for the memories we made here and are already dreaming of coming back.
